SHIPPING
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 11:59 PM (CET) are dispatched the same day.
Please note that dispatch refers to the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
During launches, special drops, or high-demand periods, processing times may vary slightly.
DELIVERY
We currently ship to the Netherlands and selected international destinations.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
RETURNS
Due to the intimate nature of our products
For hygiene reasons, lingerie items are non-returnable unless they meet the conditions outlined below.
We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
WHEN RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
A return may be accepted only if:
The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
All original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging remain fully intact
The item is returned in its original condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Claire de Lune is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
REFUNDS
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review each case individually and provide an appropriate solution.
A NOTE ON DELICATE MATERIALS
Our pieces are made from delicate lace and fine fabrics.
Natural variations, subtle differences, and gentle wear over time are part of their character and do not constitute a defect.
